The system composition:
It consist of a heater, separator, compressor, vacuum pump, circulating pump, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet and valves, pipelinesystem, the structure is very simple.
Operating principle:
Mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) using secondary steam generated in the evaporator, via the compressor compressing, pressure and temperature increased, enthalpy rised, and then sent to the heating chamber of evaporator is used as heating steam which can make feed liquid maintaining the boiling state, and the heating steam is condensed into water itself. In this way, the steam was originally abandoned will be fully utilized, recovering the latent heat, and improving efficiency, reducing the demand of external heating and cooling resources, reducing energy consumption and pollution. |
